1. Description of Service

Lavicon is an AI-powered animation platform that enables users to generate animated icons and visuals using credits. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

2. Use of Credits

Each animation generation on Lavicon consumes one credit. Credits are non-expiring and tied to your user account. Lavicon may offer free credits to new users or as part of promotional campaigns at its discretion.

3. Account Requirements

To use Lavicon, you must create an account either through standard email registration or via Google login. Anonymous usage of the service is not permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• Reverse engineering or copying any part of the service.
• Uploading or generating harmful, illegal, offensive, NSFW, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system or its data.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service.

Lavicon employs moderation systems, including AI constraints and daily manual reviews, to prevent abuse. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments for credits or other services are processed securely via Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Invoices are automatically generated and available through Stripe after each purchase.

6. Ownership of Content

Users retain full ownership rights to the content they generate using Lavicon. Lavicon may showcase generated content in its public gallery only if the user has explicitly marked it as public.

7. Commercial Use

Users are expressly permitted to use the icons and visuals generated on Lavicon for commercial purposes, including but not limited to use in marketing materials, products, websites, or applications, provided such use complies with these Terms of Service and does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

8. Termination

Lavicon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@lavicon.dev.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lavicon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts of France.
